After nearly 40 plus years of trying cases across Northwest Florida in both state and federal courts, Bob now focuses his practice on mediation. He has mediated a wide variety of cases ranging from estate disputes to medical malpractice claims to multiparty complex construction disputes to automobile and truck accident cases. He has also mediated employment disputes involving covenant not to compete and wage and hour claims. He mediates cases across North Florida.
Why use a mediator? Mediation can save fees and costs associated with a trial. Why use video mediation? Video mediation saves travel time and expenses which are usually passed on to you, the client. What if I prefer in-person mediation? All of our mediation is conducted via video meeting unless in-personal mediation is preferred.
Bob is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator, and is Board Certified in Civil Trial by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education (BSLE) of the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
